I created Exhale Daily for people who feel like breathwork isn't for them — the ones who think they need to meditate first, or be calmer, or know what they're doing. You don't. You just need to show up.

My sessions are designed from the ground up for beginners. Simple techniques, clear guidance, a safe and unhurried pace. No jargon, no pressure, no performance. Just your breath and what it wants to show you.
